Mind Your Mojo workshops are a practical, interactive and fun addition to annual conferences, team off-sites, CPD Days, and Wellbeing Weeks.

A relaxing resilience-boosting retreat, generally within 20 kilometres of Melbourne CBD.
Retreat from your regular routine for one day to better understand and manage your personal stress dynamic, relax your body and calm your mind in a chilled-out environment with like-minded professionals.

Hi, I'm Angela...
As a survivor and a ‘thriver’ of emotionally charged, high stakes and high stress environments, I now support professionals to mindfully boost their resilience to stress by focussing on four key aspects of resilience: social, emotional, mental and physical resilience.
My programs emphasise how over time, positive resilience habits can become hard wired into the brain, ultimately boosting one’s resilience.
Having learned about burn out the hard way, I offer busy professionals options when it comes to their self-management. What I share may be revelatory to some and other others, a good reminder of what they can be doing for themselves.
